Bicester, England – The final race of the season has arrived, and with it, we return to the scene of my first career international race and win. The Walter Hayes Trophy, hosted by James Beckett, is the second big Formula Ford race of the year, attracting international competition and stars around the UK as well.

As this season has unfolded, my first race at Silverstone has been something of an unfinished story in my eyes. Winning my first race was not in the plan for anyone but myself, but since Silverstone is a relatively exclusive circuit, I never had the chance to double down on my success there. Therefore I am more than eager to get out there.

The Walter Hayes Trophy is a non-championship Formula Ford race. Sanctioned by the Historic Sports Car Club and created by James Beckett the race has grown into the most prestigious Formula Ford race worldwide. The race is held annually in November at the Silverstone Circuit.  Wikipedia
