For One Last Time in 2025:

The GB4 season closed up a few weeks ago, and now we settle down for the winter break. Before that, Jason had one final test of the year. Let’s see what he has to say.

As you may know, ADM has partnered with Nitrous Competitions to form a new team, and expand our footprint in the MSV ladder, adding entries to GB4 and GB3. For a few months now one of our GB3 cars has been sitting in the shop, waiting to be driven, and earlier this week I was the one to take it out for its maiden test.

At Snetterton Circuit, one of my favorite tracks in the UK, I finally had the chance to drive the GB3 car, and it was incredible. Taking some of the experience I had in the more powerful USF Pro 2000 in September, I was able to adjust to the car quickly. The higher downforce keeps the power well under control, and the larger platform has so much more grip than the GB4. Over the two day test, it rained and shined, so I had plenty of running in all sorts of conditions, getting to know the ins and outs of the car. We had lots of track time, and though physically difficult, I managed to get 700km in the car in just two days, which is almost 2 full race weekends worth of running.

It was refreshing to get into a new car again, and with my mind in a better place for these past few rounds I’ve started to feel much more myself again in a race car. While it’s always a challenge to start from absolute zero in a new car, the team and I helped each other understand it quickly. We were able to gather tons of data for the car, and are now already in a great position looking towards 2026.

The test is a hint of what we hope to do next year, and due to the promise shown, the team is committed to having me onboard for GB3. That being said, the budget jump from GB4 to GB3 is large, and I’ll be working tirelessly over the offseason to make 2026 possible.
